“Remote Occupation Skills Education equips people, especially those currently out of the labour market, with the skills and confidence to succeed in remote careers and achieve economic independence. It offers a universal training pathway that blends core competencies—time management, professional communication, digital collaboration, and self-leadership—with job-specific tracks. To ensure scale and longevity, ROSE creates mentorship modules that organisations can adopt and adapt for diverse target groups.

Participants begin with a work-activation diagnostic to map strengths and gaps, then progress through hands-on materials with practical exercises and real-world tools. A pilot with a cohort of unemployed mothers informs improvements and relevance. Results and resources are shared through a practical guidebook, multiplier events, a final conference, and an interactive website with community features that keep learners, mentors, and partners connected.

ROSE strengthens employability with immediately usable skills and a support network. Organisations gain reusable training modules and diagnostics; the online community enables ongoing peer learning. Its universal, modular design makes replication straightforward across regions and audiences, broadening access to flexible work and advancing economic independence and social inclusion.

"Cultural Heritage Recovery after Disasters and Conflicts - Understanding, Training, and Empowerment" empowers youth with skills in post-disaster cultural heritage management, fostering resilience, employability, and international collaboration through workshops, camps, research, and tools to protect vulnerable cultural sites.

AGRI&TOUR is an Erasmus+ Higher Education cooperation project that aims to strengthen agritourism as a sustainable and innovative complement to farming income. Through applied research, micro-credentials, a summer course, and wide dissemination activities, the project supports students, young farmers, educators, and rural stakeholders across Europe, fostering entrepreneurship, skills development, and the valorisation of rural heritage within the Erarmus+ framework.

“Regenerative Agricultural Practices for Environmental Rejuvenation and Sustainable Ecosystems on European Farms” empowers farmers across Europe with digital training, practical tools, and success stories in regenerative agriculture, promoting sustainable ecosystems, knowledge transfer, and EU-wide awareness of environmentally friendly farming practices.

The project explores Virtual Reality’s potential in education, developing innovative teaching methods and immersive learning experiences. As an associated partner, Umbria Training Center contributes to this initiative, supporting collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the development of engaging educational approaches through emerging technologies.

“Promoting Entrepreneurship and Gastronomy Tourism” promotes gastronomy tourism and the Mediterranean diet by developing training materials, international exchanges, and entrepreneurial skills for young professionals in culinary arts, fostering sustainable careers and European cooperation.

The project strengthens digital education in the VET sector by introducing cloud computing curricula, training educators and learners, and developing practical tools, including a MOOC, to improve employability in the ICT field.

Digital Learning in the Family empowers low-skilled migrant mothers through tailored digital education, mentorship, and family-based learning, enhancing employability, social integration, and bridging gender and digital divides across Europe.

“Re-engaging Difficult to Engage Adult Learners through Community Learning Facilitation” strengthens adult education in disadvantaged areas by training community learning facilitators, piloting inclusive learning models, and creating a replicable framework to expand lifelong learning opportunities across rural Europe.

“Diversification of Entrepreneurial Activities as the Pathway to the Sustainable Farming at Rural Areas” empowers farmers to diversify through agritourism by providing digital training, practical tools, and success stories, promoting sustainable farming, eco-friendly tourism, and rural revitalization across Europe.
