Master Fund Raising Project Development Course

Master will be held by renowned experts in the field of EU planning and consulting and adult training. Within the framework of the courses field experts will be also called upon to bring in their personal testimony about specific cases of planning and excellence management of EU funded interventions. During the course theoretical approach lectures on course subjects will be alternated with moments of inter-personal dialogue and sharing of professional experiences, field practice, simulations, analysis of cases and field visits.
 

GOALS

To supply participants with information and methods to start-up and manage development programs
and projects (territorial, sector-specific and entrepreneurial development) through the effective
use of public funding.
In particular the training program will enable participants:

	to successfully find their way within the maze of EU funding tools managed at a EU level;
	to identify for each idea/project to be developed the most adequate funding tool;
	to fully understand in detail a call for tenders;
	to undertake all procedures necessary to the presentation of the project;
	to successfully organize an effective partnership;
	to correctly complete all necessary application forms;
	to successfully implement a project;
	to manage and report on a project in full compliance with all project management principles ;
	to evaluate a project.
