The “Eurojob – A new professional skill in the catering and hotel sectors” programme is aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who have been unemployed for at least 2 months and are registered in the local Employment Agency in Pleszew, Ostrow Wielkop, Slubca, Jarocin, Krotorzyn, Kepno, as well as people looking for employment in the industrial sector and hotel services. The training course lasts for 14 weeks and during this period participants will gain professional experience, improve personal skills and develop their linguistic skills. The training course participants are considered disadvantaged in the labour market due to the difficulty of finding a job that is appropriate for their qualifications. Professional experience, high level qualifications, linguistic skills and personal qualities required by employers can only be learned through this informal professional training.
