The “HOGATRANS RUPPIN Neue Chancen für Benachteiligte in der Tourismuswirtschaft” project funded by the German European Social Fund “IDA Programme integration through exchange” provided for the exchange of 7 groups of trainees with 8-12 participants in each group in Spoleto (IT) from 10/2009 to 06/2012.

The main goal of the work experience is to strengthen transnational competencies of youths and to increase employment opportunities.

The target groups of the project are disadvantaged youths that are not part of the education system and are without academic certification, young single mothers that take part in professional training, young unemployed adults (especially those with professional qualifications and university degrees with employment difficulties).
