Economic animator: European curricula for economic animator in the enlarging Europe PL/04/B/F/PP-174446.
The project aim at building a partnership of local and European entities and will contribute to integrate the activities of educational and training institutions, enterprises, social partners and local entities.
The project foresees the development of threes training programmes for graduates and undergraduates in the following educational:
- Animator of technological development: is addressed to graduates of technology/engineering profile, including managers, employees changing their qualifications or upgrading them, the unemployed graduates.
- Animator of regional/local development: is addressed to graduates of different profiles, including employees changing their qualifications or upgrading them, staff of regional/local government offices and centres supporting entrepreneurship and innovations, unemployed graduates.
- Animator of entrepreneurship: is addressed to undergraduates and graduates willing to start-up their own businesses and entrepreneurs.

Expected outcomes and results:
- Development of the teaching programmes on the three profiles, Entrepreneurial/Technological/Regional Animator
- Didactic support manuals for trainers, teachers and trainees supported with a CD-ROM
- Elaboration of a bibliography as training reference
- Project internet web site
- Promotional materials
State of the project:
At the moment the project is on its 3rd implementation phase. The teaching programmes for the three professional profiles have been defined. The modular structure given to the programmes will allow adapting the programmes to the different teaching needs, based on the local differences, or to the group or sector interests. In the next months the partners will organize experimental piloting courses to test the training programmes or some modules.
To this phase will follow the evaluation of the piloting trainings’ results, to verify the effectiveness, appropriateness and completeness of the modules and to make possible changes to improve the programmes.
